For experience call 215.333.0960. Please book your appointment 24 hours in advance to ensure stylist availability.
All clients are afforded a 15 minute grace period before experience is automatically canceled.
If client does not have an experience booked through the online scheduler, that client will be considered a walk-in. ALL clients who have a scheduled experience booked through the POS MUST be seen BEFORE walk-in clients are serviced. If a client is more than 15 minutes late and has a scheduled experience, that experience can be canceled at the stylist discretion. If a client is more than 15 minutes late and there is a walk-in client waiting to be serviced, the walk-in client will assume that client's scheduled slot. No refunds will be given for canceled experiences.
All clients are given a 15 minute grace period before their experience is automatically canceled. If client informs Front Desk and or Stylist that their arrival will be greater than 15 minutes, it is solely at the Stylist's discretion to service client. If experience has been canceled the client will have to reschedule their experience.
Clients who desire to book with Nate are subjected to pay a "Booking Fee" of $25 at the time of booking their experience. This fee will be placed on the account as a deposit. The booking fee will be applied to client's service total during check out. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable. If experience is canceled within 24 hours, the booking fee will be applied to the client's next scheduled experience. The booking fee will serve as a cancelation fee if client does not cancel within 24hrs prior to the scheduled experience time.
After Hour Service
If client request to be serviced after normal business hours there will be an additional fee of $25 added to service total during checkout. Client may be required to pay this fee when scheduling their experience.
Processing fee of $1.00 will be added to all electronic transactions.
